SAQ Activities

SAQ (speed agility quickness) activities help players develop the muscles & coordination necessary to execute those brilliant moves on the pitch.

These have been developed for players of all ages and abilities – we leave it up to the coach to decide which are best for their particular team.

Some of the plans call for use of a stepping ladder and/or hurdles.  Cones can be used in place of either of these training implements.
